Guest dale Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Anyone any experience on repairing side mirrors on a Mark 1 TDI manual control mirror? Drivers side looks like someone tried to push it down and snapped the part of the mount where the mirror housing attaches. Any idea where I can get a replacement cheaply? I've popped off the bolt mounting covers on the inside door frame and have a screwdriver that will fit the anti-tamper heads. The mirror housing itself looks ok, it's just the mount that's snapped. And yes, I know it was vandals as last week they took the glass out and smashed it... Think I'm going to set up a lil CCTV with an automated machine gun turret attached to it... Quote
